Many of us may find our grandfather's old pocket watch at home. However beautiful an object, it often ends up forgotten in a drawer. If we hang it with a pewter watch-holder, it can recover its function and replace the modern quartz alarm clocks on our night table; we only need to remember to rewind it every day.
